Hardin Home Nursing Home is privately owned by J. Park & Sons Inc. and has served Savannah, Tennessee area since 1973. Our sister facility, Park Rest Health Center is located directly behind Hardin Home and also managed by J. Park & Sons Inc.
Our mission is to care for residents of our community as individuals by conforming to their needs and preferences by dedicated close-knit staff in an environment that promotes family, friends, and the values that our community holds dear to their hearts.
We will not expect our residents to conform to our facility; instead we will conform to our residents by providing highly individualized care that promotes resident’s choices in all aspects of daily life. We will keep our residents active in the local community that they know and love. We will strive to employee only individuals who are dedicated to caring for your loved ones and we will give those employees the proper tools and education to care for our residents to the best of their ability.

I am thankful and very pleased with the love and care my mother receives at Hardin Home. They have always treated her like family and I have never had to worry about her being well cared for. I live in Florida and have really struggled with the idea of my grandmom being in a nursing home. All of my family is up here and so this is where she would need to be. I drove all the way out to check out where she was staying now and I really feel blessed that she ended up at Hardin home. Not only has my family assured me of the good reputation this facility has, but I saw for myself the cleanliness, the activities and interaction and the contentment of my own Grandma. This is been a big change for us and I just really appreciate the staff for answering questions and concerns and dealing with my fear of her mistreatment. Nursing
Our facility provides excellent care to residents by our compassionate and well-trained nursing staff.
Rehabilitation
We staff full time restorative aides whose job is to work with the therapy.
Alzheimer's Care
Care is provided in a safe environment focused on the special needs of individuals with cognitive disorders.
Social Services
Our social worker works with residents by identifying their physiological, mental, and emotional needs and works with our interdisciplinary team to make sure these needs are met.
Activity & Recreation
Our activity staff is led by a trained activity coordinator. Our residents enjoy many enjoyable activities on a daily basis.
